Online Reservation Troubleshooting

Below are a few tips for navigating the online trip registration system.

All of my reservation information was lost when I pressed the back button on my browser. What do I do?

If you pressed the back button and lost information during the online reservation process, close your browser window and start the reservation process over from the beginning. Should you wish to change your entries, you may backtrack at any time by using the links in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

What does it mean if I am the "primary contact"?

The Primary Contact is the main contact for the reservation.  All trip paperwork and correspondence will be sent to the Primary Contact's address.

I need assistance. How can I reach the office?
