Brian Stata is a long-time member of the Sierra Club who has been leading trips in the North Cascades for several years. Brian is a life-long resident of Seattle and has spent a lifetime adventuring in the Washington Cascades. He has particular interests in the geology, glaciology and wildlife of the region. No stranger to the North Cascades Basecamp Lodge, Brian has co-lead several trips from the lodge during the last 10 years. When not in the mountains, Brian makes his living as a general contractor.
