A birding enthusiast and naturalist, Carol Dienger has over 40 years of experience leading trips in the Sierra Nevada, Alaska, Baja California, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Austria. Her recent focus has been on the natural history of both Alaska and Latin America. Retired from an architectural career designing solar mountain homes, Carol spends her “new leisure time” gardening, woodworking, studying Spanish, and chasing birds wherever they may be.
