Cheryl Oberkircher

Cheryl Oberkircher is an avid gardener, hiking enthusiast, and especially loves to travel. She has been to all 50 US states, several Canadian provinces, Mexico, Puerto Rico, five countries in Europe, China, Singapore, and South Africa. Cheryl enjoys sharing her growing knowledge of the natural world and recently completed the Tennessee Naturalist program and volunteers with the Chattanooga Audubon Society. A native Texan, she is loving living in the mountains of Tennessee as she is phasing out of her 35+ year career as a school psychologist. Cheryl was inspired to join the Sierra Club trip leadership while on a Sierra Club service trip to the Wolf Conservation Center in New York.
