Dara Wittenberg (M.S. -- Exercise Science) has been a multi-sport coach for 17 years and a lifelong lover of the outdoors. Her chosen form of therapy is to go backpacking in remote and wild places, to share her love of the natural world with others and to push and challenge herself mentally and physically on a regular basis. Dara is an adjunct instructor in the Exercise Science Department at Florida Atlantic University, teaches for USA Triathlon at their certifying clinics for new coaches, presents locally to triathlon, cycling and running clubs, volunteers at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue and is a certified Dog Trainer. Dara continues to look for opportunities to learn more about her various fields of interest so that she can share this knowledge and experience with her friends, clients and fellow adventurers. She is truly passionate about coaching, living a healthy and athletic lifestyle, and exploring the outdoors.
