Dave Bugay started backpacking in 1998 by leading a group of Boy Scouts through Philmont. Dave resumed backpacking in 2001 as a Sierra Club participant, and has been on several trips since. Dave has led or assisted Sierra Club trips each year, starting in 2007. Each year Dave looks forward to trekking the High Sierra of California and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with like-minded people from around the country. Dave currently resides in Parker, Colorado.
