Donna Weathers is a rambling wanderer who fills her free time with writing, road trips, volunteer work, genealogy research, and leading service trips. She first experienced Sierra Club service trips in 2006 while looking for an alternative to her son’s spring break. Since then, Donna has participated on service trips in Texas, New York City, Arizona, California and Idaho over the past few years, both solo and with her teenage son.
She began leading trips in 2012 and enjoys meeting and working with anyone willing to spend their vacation doing trail work! Donna chose to become a service trip leader out of her joy for helping others explore new challenges and learn new skills. She works hard to ensure you have a rewarding and fulfilling vacation.
