Karen McNeil came a little late to the outdoor life and is now making up for lost time. As a Bay Area native, Karen’s focus is on the Sierra Nevada that was always right in her backyard. She loves the challenge of a cross-country route, but also knows how to stop and admire the beauty of the area, whether wildflower-filled meadows or towering snowcapped granite peaks. Karen brings a sense of positive spirit into any group.
