Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, leaders of the Standing Rock and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribes and Democratic Leaders hosted a press conference in opposition to the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL), calling on the Biden Administration to shut down the pipeline.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, House Republicans pushed forward a piece of legislation – H.R. 4468 - that would block the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from finalizing its proposed clean car standards, necessary to protect the environment and public health. 

The final vote passed 221-197. The Biden Administration stated it would veto the legislation if it moves to the White House.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, the House Natural Resources Committee voted on Rep. Pete Stauber’s “Alaska’s Right to Produce Act,” a bill which would reinstate oil and gas leases in the Arctic Refuge that the Department of the Interior identified as having serious legal deficiencies. President Biden canceled those leases in September.
