Cathie Hilston spends her free time cycling, mountain biking and hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Ohio. Since relocating to the Cuyahoga Valley in 2010, her appreciation of the park and its surrounding areas came about through locals sharing their passion and knowledge of the area’s rich history. Cathie loves to explore new areas, learn everything she can about the area, and then share her knowledge with others in the hopes of passing on that appreciation. After Cathie took her first trip with the Sierra Club, she immediately realized that leading outings would be the ideal way to share her discoveries with others.
