Kenda Peterson is delighted to be leading Sierra Club trips in the Northeast. Her first Sierra Club trip was to New York City. After falling in love with the city and enjoying the service work, she has returned yearly. She has since helped lead trips in Maine and Vermont and has participated on trips to Arizona, California, and Alaska. Spending her life in Colorado, she has climbed fourteeners, soaked in hot springs, hiked, biked, done yoga, sampled craft beers, and volunteered at KUVO, the Denver jazz station. She enjoys playing mahjong and bid whist with friends. She is certified in WFA and CPR.
