Mark Holcomb has lived in Tucson since 1991. He enjoys the beauty and solitude of hiking and exploring the Southwest wilderness, especially the Grand Canyon. He enjoys cycling, swimming and is a long-time runner with many marathons under his belt. He is also an accomplished scuba diver and avid snow skier. Mark has led or assisted on several adventurous Sierra Club backpacking trips in the Southwest and Rocky Mountains. Mark takes great pleasure in introducing others to the beautiful, wild, primitive and pristine places and enlisting support to help preserve them for future generations. Mark loves to share his enthusiasm for the outdoors with others and has boundless energy and is eager to explore new trails and routes.
