Nancy Le is a public school educator in Los Angeles and first became involved with the Sierra Club through taking her high school students on day hikes with Angeles Inspiring Connections Outdoors (ICO). Locally, she is an I-rated leader, active with Angeles ICO, the Wilderness Travel Course, and the Santa Monica Mountains Task Force (a local service crew). Her involvement in the Sierra Club expanded nationally after taking different ICO youth on service outings in Colorado, Vermont, and Montana. She is passionate about sharing her outdoors knowledge and skills with others -- whether through trail work or leading outings.
