Suzanne Ferguson

Suzanne Ferguson has been cooking for and leading Sierra Club Service Trips since 2005. A Floridian, she loves the exhilaration of Western trips and has enjoyed both cooking and leading in Wyoming, Arizona, and California as well as her home state. As a cook she favors hearty, vegetarian-friendly meals with a local flair and welcomes food consultation with prospective participants. As a leader, she hopes to immerse herself and her participants in the history and ecology of each destination, giving a conservation context to every work project.
