Trek to Dusy Basin, where the striking peaks of the Palisades and the Black Divide dominate the skyline. The highlight of our journey will be remote Lake Basin, which we'll reach by a cross-country route.
Scuba Service in Monterey Bay's Kelp Forest, California, Sep 12–19, 2015.
Scuba dive one of the most stunning underwater habitats on Earth. We'll assist local scientists with information gathering, invasive kelp removal, and coastal cleanup in the National Marine Sanctuary.
Habitat and History at Fort Ord, Monterey, California, Oct 18–25, 2015.
Work on habitat restoration projects on some of the last undeveloped lands on the Monterey Peninsula. Days off may be spent hiking, beachcombing, or visiting the renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Hike among lush valleys, timeless trails, and soaring peaks on this trip to 18,000-foot Kala Patthar. We'll get close-up views of Mt. Everest, explore bustling Namche Bazaar, and sit with monks at Tengboche Monastery.

On this Ecuador sampler trip, we'll discover the Amazon rainforest via canoe and guided hikes; travel by boat to an offshore island seabird nesting area and snorkel coral reefs; and explore Quito, colonial Cuenca, and village markets.
